    Still unable to use Adobe Premier Elements 11 on my mac


      I purchased Adobe Premier Elements 11 through iTunes. I have attempted several times to get support through Adobe but because I didn't buy direct I am finding it very hard to get any support. Someone please help me get support on this issue.

      When I start up Adobe Premier Elements 11 on my mac running OSX 10.9.3, macbook pro, it crashes. I have read many many forums and advised to delete files, re-install and change settings. From what I can tell, the problem came about when I updated my OS. Nothing has fixed the issue and I am left very bitter with Adobe's support. I am at the point of demanding my money back.
