You shouldn't get a crash deleting any number of pages. There's not enough information to tell what the problem is, though, so tell us more. Start with version of ID, OS and whether you have a font manager.
ID CC 9.2.1
Mac OSX 10.9.2
I have Font Explorer X Pro, but I don't use it actively.
Does this happen with a new file, too, or just this one?
Just this one

If not, try making a new blank file with the same page size, and rename the master page to something you haven't used in the problem file, like ZZZ, then in the 192 page file select all the pages in the Pages panel and open the panel flyout menu. Choose Move Pages... and move them BEFORE page 1 of the new file. You should now be able to delete both the blank page 193 and any other pages.
Note that deleting single pages in a facing pages document with master page objects will result in new master objects appearing behind any that were overridden (like text frames you placed a story into).
