Hello Ani ,
I'm afraid the link you provided does not contain a clear answer to my question . To be more specific i want to use a symbol from the Regal Vector Pack symbol library in Adobe Illustrator CC in a logo for a website I'm creating ; is that legal/allowed by adobe ? If you could just give me a clear Yes/No answer ; that would be a great deal of help .
Any digital images, stock photographs, clip art, or other artistic work (collectively, “images”) delivered with any Adobe product may be used in accordance with the rights set out in the End-User License Agreement that ships with the product.
My inclination as just another user would be of course you can use Adobe-supplied content with your own projects, otherwise why would they give you content.
If you want something more official and legalistic from Adobe, how about section 2.3 on page 116 of the following PDF:
Which comes from the PDF link from the Illustrator CC EULA line from this page:
I don't have Illustrator so I cannot check for other readme or licensing documents with the content files, themselves.
If you need a legal opinion then pay a lawyer to tell you how they interpret what is said in the 26 US-English pages of the PDF.
Hi ,im also an adobe user and have the same problem ,i want to know if its legal to use the vector packs and symbols library to upload to spreadshirt and sell the design .
