If you give complete and detailed information about your setup and the issue at hand, such as your platform (Mac or Win), exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop and of Bridge, machine specs, what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, what error message(s) you receive, if having issues opening raw files also the exact camera make and model that generated them, etc., someone may be able to help you.
Please read this FAQ for advice on how to ask your questions correctly for quicker and better answers:
i am using ps cs6 extended with 6 processor amd and 2 gb asus display and 10 gb ram with windows 7..i did a depth map with ps to my image, and when ı want to save my screen from different angle some images are saving white screen.and after save my depthmap is breaking...sometimes i can see little image icon on windows but if i want to open it with ps again white screen..my project is about 40cm 20 cm 300 dpi or higer.
Just to assist those who might help you with this, please give the exact version of Photoshop CS6 you are running, for instance CS6 188.8.131.52.
I had already asked for that in my previous post, but I guess you didn't quite know what I was referencing when I typed "exact version".
Sorry, I cannot help you myself because I don't deal with that kind of 3D images, don't use Windows, and in all frankness I'm not quite following your last post.
Also please give the exact model of your graphics card, so they can check whether it is on the list of cards tested by Adobe.
It will help if you go to the card manufacturer's website and update your driver from there. Do not rely on Windows update or Microsoft.
