After a previous update and sync of my Sony device, all books transferred from the Sony store to the Kobo Store were removed from my device (they were there previously) and cannot be transferred once more.  Error message = Item has been downloaded by another user.  Kobo support states that it's an Adobe issue and I must wait for an update before being able to transfer my books on my device.  Furthermore, books that have remained on the device after the update and sync can no longer be opened.  When attempting to open on of these books (previously read),I get this message; The content is protected by digital rights management. Do you wnat to input Adobe ID for authorizations ?  I answer YES and input my login information, to no avail.
