At first Indesign gave an error message "Hyphenation breaks may change if you edit..."
I uninstall and reinstall the app. When I opened Indesign I got several startup alerts, like "cannot load Digital Publishing.IndesignPlugin because it requires JBX..."
Indesign asks me to install plugins and to restart Indesign. I don't know how to do this.
Then I get an error "The document uses one or more plugins..."
And after that I get the message "Hyphenation breaks may change if you edit..." (again).
When I try to work in Indesign the shortcut keys are not working.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, restarted the mac, but the start up alerts keep popping up when I open Indesign.
Could some one please tell me how to fix this problem?
The problem appears to be the JBX plug-in.
My iMac (27inch Late 2013) runs 10.9.2
A screenshot of the plugin folder:
When I open indesign (despite all the error messages), there no toolbars or panels, except from Pathfinder (Object and Lay-out).
I try to open Indesign as another user. No luck.
I renamed the preferences in the library folder. Still no luck.
How can I download the missing plugin?
Finally I have fixed it... I installed indesign on another mac. The plugin folder of this installation was complete. I transferred this plugin folder to my iMac and restarted the mac. When I opened Indesign, it seemed to be ok.
