Shortly before the first year of my CC membership was due to expire I contacted Adobe to cancel the renewal as I wasn't keen on paying full price, particularly as I don't use a fair number of the products. The representative I spoke to offered me an additional year at the discounted price if I could commit to a 12 month contract. Happy with the deal offered I renewed but was quite surprised when I got billed the new amount - what's even more surprising is that the chat logs in the support portal which detailed the discussion I had with the rep are now empty! Adobe aren't giving any answers on why this is the case and refusing to honour the original offer - has this happened to anyone else? I certainly won't be a renewing subscriber at the end of this contract.
