you can use flash pro to export your flv as an mov (assuming you have quicktime installed). you can then import your mov into adobe media encoder and encode as an wmv (windows media).
in this case I don't charge a "jack of all trades" I prefer using a program "outside" of Adobe. Please have a look here:
