I have an open case with Adobe trying to troubleshoot why Dreamweaver CC crashes immediately. They have escalated the case. However, they continue to bill me even though I for services I cannot access. I have asked them to cancel my account, but they will not. Has anyone had this problem with Dreamweaver CC.
