    Transparency of Images or Shapes

    mancunian12
      Good afternoon,

I wonder if anyone can help me with this question. I want to be able to have a jpg image and type a word over it and then end up with just the word with the image embedded in it and the background around the word would be gone. I hope this makes sense. For example if I had a picture of flowers and I type flowers over the image, I would like to end up with just the word with the flowers inside the word.

Type the word on a canvas that matches the background of the Web page
you will be using it on. Place the image of flowers on top of the text.
Cut the flower image to the clipboard (Edit > Cut), and then, with the
text selected, choose Edit > Paste Inside. Export in GIF format with
          Index transparency.
