Restarting video when returning to a page

I'm looking for a solution to this issue too.

The first page of my article has an autoplaying video (with audio), when swiping to page 2 of the article the video is still playing on page 1.

Having a short dummy video autoplay on page 2 to stop the video on page 1 from playing seems to work, but swiping back to page 1 does not autoplay the video again as it should.

I've tried adding the video into an mso to try to initiate the autoplay, but no luck.

Is there an answer to this?

This is how DPS overlays work. You won't see the video autoplay again in the article unless you navigate to the next article or at least two pages vertically away from page.
