We updated our Amazon app for our pro ed. multi-folio app from legacy to native and now our subscribers can't see the previous issues they purchased. They aren't even available for download. Why? One subscriber (Kindle Fire HDx) said that the Ceramics Monthly subscription she has on one issue and that is the May issue but not the June/July/Aug issue (the latest issue). I tried it on our device Kindle Fire and all I can see is the latest issue and the free issue we offer. I can't see any other issue that I already purchased or past issues and I may just be seeing the latest issue because we offer a one time free issue to all customers. I need to get this resolved asap.

The native viewer does not support Amazon in-app purchase, and we are removing support for Amazon from the legacy viewer with our R31 release.
You should resubmit to Amazon with your previous, legacy, viewer, and leave that in the store.
