    fehlender Codec

Vielen Dank.

MOV requires you to have Quicktime installed, which is also a program requirement

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

Your issues could be two fold

              a. MotionJPEG codec

              b. No QuickTime (latest or any version) installed on your computer with Premiere Elements

Please go to your computer sharing section and the QuickTime choice. Do you see presets there for QuickTime?

If you do not have QuickTime installed or there is a problem with the installed QuickTime, you will not see QuickTime

As for MotionJPEG codec, that can be problematic for some, not all. The typical remedies include

              a. Install a utility that came with the camera to supply any special MotionJPEG codec for Premiere Elements

              b. Download, install, and maybe purchase if needed, the Morgan MotionJPEG codec

              c. Convert you MotionJPEG file to another format compatible with Premiere Elements

We will be watching for further details.

              Thank you.
