    Arranging MovieClips in layer order

    neilb1969
      Morning Actionscripters!

      I have four overlapping photo frames which grow when rolled over.
      I need to have the 'active' frame come to the front and sit on top of the other frames and return to its original position when rolled out.

      Does anyone have any ideas of how I can achieve this?
      I have attached a link to the fla and swf files.

      Thanks

          Use swapDepths();

          you set the depth for each clip (when a swf is made the layers inwhich clips are nolonger apply, its only a default depth)
          so you can do:

          MC1.swapdepths(1);
          MC2.swapdepths(2);
          etc.
          and when you rollOver you could do
          MC1.swapdepths(100); // or what ever except if you have more than 100 clips... ;-)

          rollOut MC1.swapdepths(1);

          you can also change between one and other
          like:
          MC1.swapDepths(MC2);
