We use one of our forms for booking agents...they take all the customers information and on submission all the responses get e-mail to our system (we have this set up in the setting portion of our form). We use the e-mailed responses for our data input team and they input the customers.
Our booking agents collect credit card information in the forms, we are not wanting the fields containing the credit card information to be included in the summary e-mail that goes to our data input team, but we are wanting all the other information included. I have seen form systems where we could exclude certain responses from being included in the e-mail summary. Is this possible with Forms Central or is there another work around?
I am sorry but email notifications are an all or nothing proposition.
