Font Folder Permissions - adobe on Mac publishing to Microsoft SMB Share

    jpeters

I use a mac and my files are stored on a Microsoft SMB share managed by an IT team. When adobe indesign publishes to this microsoft SMB share, indesign creates a font folder with unix permissions. This locks me out and I do not have permission to move or delete the folder.

How can I tell my Adobe app to stop creating unix permissions on a Microsoft SMB share so I don't have to ask my IT coworkers to delete my folders for me?

It's a hassle and a huge waste of time. Please help.
