I'm working with CC and there is an option to select liquid layouts. I found a link where is described to use it too, BUT you have to follow determined instructions. Please see here: Building fluid grid layouts in Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 | Adobe Inspire Magazine
Thanks a ton, Hans.
I will try it out and let you know how it goes.
Hi, please do so, so that I/we know we are "on the right track"!
Is it because I am using a trial version?
No - that's all you get in DW CS6, and really, it's all you need. The others were removed because either the code was redundant with what you already have, or it was too convoluted to be really useful.
If you are just beginning with DW and HTML, I recommend that you NOT use 'liquid layouts', and especially not the Fluid Grid layouts that Hans mentioned. Those two methods are more advanced than I believe you would be able to manage without frustration.
Sounds to me like you're using DW CC (ver 13) and not CS6 (ver 12). CC has only two layouts but with a few minor modifications you can take a basic layout and make it into whatever you need.
I 2nd Murray's comments about Liquid layouts and FluidGrid Layouts. I think you must master the fixed-width centered layout first. Later, as your CSS skills improve, move on to more advanced layout methods using CSS Media Queries.

Thank you, Nancy & Murray!
I did try building Fluid grid layouts and the link that Hans had shared was helpful.
Although, I would agree with you that I should probably master the Fixed-width layout. Already working on it
gratulations and "have fun" now!
