Help text screen does not display - Contents Tree is visible

Compiled Help (I assume this is a CHM file) is not designed
to be used over a network. It is possible for users to tweak their
Windows registry to open .chm files, so that may be why you are
seeing inconsistent behaviour. Search these forums for "network"
and you'll find lots of information on this topic...
