Please call me. I just want to change from a monthly billing to annual (one time payment). When I sign in, there is no Account Link under my name to click on - only the plans and profiles. There is not a Learn More to click on to switch.

You can just cancel this CC & buy cc which can be paid at one go for one year.
To cancel present subscription , use:Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud
