    I bought the PDF2ID 3.5 for Windows but it is not working.


      I either get a error code 4999 or the document comes up with the error :'

      So I downloaded the latest version of Adobe and it still doesn't work. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it keeps doing the same thing. What do I do now?
