Can't Save Completed Form

I've created an Acrobat form, but my coworkers that are trying to complete it can't save the completed form.

When they first open the form they get a message that 'Form Can be Filled and Signed Electronically'

When they type or try to save the form they get a message to 'Save a Blank Copy of this Form, Data typed in this form with not be saved'

Why are my coworkers getting these messages when the form saves properly for me.

The coworkers uses Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader?

In order to Save form data the customer's need at least Adobe Reader XI or a Reader-extended form that allows Save for Adobe Reader X and earlier. If it's a Digital Signature then that DOES require all Adobe Reader users to have a Reader-extended document. You can Reader-extend a document in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
