To do it properly, you need to be in the correct Premiere Elements forum... I will move this message
And to answer your question... 2 Computer License http://forums.adobe.com/thread/977272
Premiere Elements 11 is compatible with Windows XP 32 bit SP3. But it will be a 32 bit application with all the resource limitations of a 32 bit system. I have not tried to install 11 on Windows XP 32 bit SP2. If you go by the published System Requirements for version 11, you see the "requirement" for the Windows XP SP3 included. No mention of SP2 for Windows XP.
What is the other computer operating system on which you want to install Premiere Elements 11? Only with Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit or Mac with 64 bit processor, Premiere Elements 11 will be a 64 bit application with all the resource perks of the 64 bit system.
Adobe allows you to run the same purchased serial number product on no more than 2 of your computers (and then not at the same time).

Thank you. I posted my query in the Premiere Pro section as I could not find a section for Premiere Elements 11.
Thank you, A.T. Romano.
I had intended to install it in an XP SP2 32-bit machine because that machine is already connected to my external sound card/speaker system. However, it's not too much of an effort to connect my Windows 7 64-bit laptop to that system whenever I want to use Elements 11 and my sequencer together. It has identical audio software to the XP machine.
The other installation- now that I know I can make two- will be on a Windows 7 64-bit desktop machine which I also use as part of a home audio studio.
Thanks very much for your prompt and useful answers.
