Can you post a screen shot of what you see in the HDR dialog box?

mcwillyman Jun 11, 2014 7:49 AM (in response to Brett N)Attached is screen shot. What happens is I go to File/Automate/Merge to HDR Pro, then select my 3 images, which are flattened psd files (I have tried tifs and jogs too), hit OK, it processes them, but instead of the image appearing, I get this black image. You can see my original images at bottom...
jpegs too),

Thanks for the screen shot. Try going to Photoshop > Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Then retry Merge to HDR Pro and see if it works properly. If it does, it means there is a conflict with your video card. At that point, let us know what video card you have and make sure you have system updates installed.

mcwillyman Jun 12, 2014 1:58 PM (in response to Brett N)I just tried it with a different image and it works. It seems that image may be corrupt. I'm going to re-save it and retry.
