I am the administrator for our CC office account and I have a staff member that has recently left us but her license technically does not expire until March next year. I have a new member of staff, can I re-assign that license to her instead rather than having to buy a new one and leave the other one unused?
Any advice is much appreciated.
If you using CCT you just remove old user seat from admin console and invite other user there
