We are aware of issues with uploading of very large files with Adobe Send, and working hard to resolve them. If you are running into problems, we suggest you use Adobe SendNow for the time-being.
Hi, I just subscribed for Adobe Send today, but when I try to send my files there's nothing to show me the progress -- it's a very large file but I need to send it today - is it going to work? I've only been waiting 10 minutes or so...

A couple questions:
- How large are the files that you are attempting to upload?
- Are you uploading them directly to cloud.acrobat.com, or are you uploading them as part of the Send process? There are two methods for uploading/sending files. Some users prefer to upload their files from the Files view and then 'send' them from there. Others do it as part of the Send process. In general, the latter is more reliable for very large files.
Thanks for your reply Bob! Some progress, at least I can now see a progress bar (see below). I am trying to send the file through Send (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send). The zipped file is only 3.5 Gb so that is not unreasonable, but it is uploading very slowly....... what do you think?
