Can't download Flash Player

Hi. I'm completely new here, so if I post this in wrong section, please move it to correct place.

My problem is that when I go to download section for my Opera 12.17, my security block me from downloading. I go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer, and where I can click "Install now", it disappear, and "Note: Your antivirus software must allow you to install software" coming.

I never had that problem, and can install all other softwares, so this is only located to Adobe.

Someone who can help me resolve this?

My system is Windows 7 32-bit, 4 gb ram, Eset Smart Security, all updates is installed.
