Version of ID? OS? Error messages?
I have a similar issue where it crashes while loading ID. It seems to happen only on the 64bit version of InDesign CC, since the 32bit version loads fine. The update also fails each time I try to update it on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have even tried the various solutions provided from customer service. It appears I will have no choice but to uninstall all the Creative Cloud and re-install to fix this one issue.
