News module not picking up h3 for tag_subject but will pick up h4 for tag_eventfromdate, any suggestions?

I am trying to assign h3 to tag_subject on news module. This style is not appearing, however on following line tag_eventfromdate has been assigned h4 and this is working fine.

Any ideas how to get tag_subject to accept h3?
