WE can't know. The flaw is that you are assuming anyone here would actually know what those Codes mean, which isn't the case. That aside you haven't provided the full error text or such elementary things like system information. This is not going anywhere therefore.
I tried downloading it 3 times from CC and it stopped each time. The fourth worked.
2350.FDI is a Windows error message, rather than Adobe, but I think is generally associated with download files from an external location. Make absolutely sure your Desktop Application manager is fully up to date. Then restart the computer, and run the Desktop Application Manager as Administrator (by right clicking)
