Flash Player installation on OS Maverics failed

I deinstalled Flash Player and now I'm not able to install the new version of flash player plugin for Safari on iMac OS Maverics.

It does not pass the loading screen...

I had same problem.  I finally got an answer.  I posted the answer as a response to myself, because I couldn’t figure out how else to do it.  See my post in Install Flash Player sub-community.  Subject: Flash Player Failed to install on Maverick."

Sorry.  I cited wrong subject.  Should have been “Unsuccessful Installation of Flash Player on Maverick."

I have had great difficulty understanding how to navigate Adobe communities.  Been fiddling with options for days and still haven’t figured out how to find answers.  Lots of inquiries, but still haven’t figured out how to pull up a screen that only shows questions that have been answered!
