I'm developing a mortgage company website primarily through Adobe Muse and Business Catalyst WebCommerce.
The website is up and running for the most part and now we're looking into adding cosmetic/convenience features to the site and the first of these features would be a way for one of the loan officers to log in and update the rates for the day. The lowest rate would be shown on the front page of the website, and when clicked would take the visitor to a page outlining all of the rates available that day and a link to contact a Loan Officer (basically a shortcut to the loan application).
I don't know much about the BC webapps yet and I'm wondering if that would be the best way to accommodate this feature.
Seems to me like a web app indeed is the best way to go about it- but it might be best to build a quick proof of concept- it shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes!
Where do the rates come from are they manually input in by someone or do you get them from another website as you could automate a few things depending on the answer.
