Uninstall, run the cleaner, Reinstall
-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling will usually help
It is actually not needed to uninstall and to run the Cleaner Tool once you go from Trial to Membership.
Please make sure you are log in to Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Manager with the same Adobe ID.
Please follow the step below:
Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App
If you don't see the Creative Cloud icon, do the following:
- Windows: Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Mac OS: Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
On the Account tab, click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.
In the confirmation dialog box, click Sign Out.
To sign in again, enter your Adobe ID and associated password, and then click Sign in.
If this solution doesn't work, please try the following:
Delete the OPM.db File
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\OOBE
Please empty the bin once you deleted the OPM.db file and try and sign in again to Creative Cloud.
