I am evaluating Adobe FormsCentral for government agency use. Multiple staff are likely to be responsible for creating forms and likewise for exporting responses. I note that Adobe has discontinued the team option and gone to individual accounts. Can one individual account share rights to the following with other specific individual accounts: 1. maintain a specific Web or PDF form? 2. export responses to a specific Web or PDF form? (necessary due to vacation backup - we don't want to have to share a password) 3. delete responses when they exceed 5,000/7,500 so we can view/receive new responses? And how do we de-authorize someone in case they are terminated and turn their authorization over to their replacement? This could include the original form owner.
