In the last week or so, we have had several complaints from people who have submitted a form to us - and received their confirmation message/receipt - but we, the form owners, do not have any record of them having submitted anything: no email notification, and no entry in the formcentral log either. It doesn't appear to be a universal problem, since we are still receiving responses as usual from other users, but it's not isolated either. Please advise, thank you!
Can you share some more details about your form. To start it is a HTML form or PDF? If users try again do you still not receive their responses? Can you do anything to characterize the systems they are submitting from? Can you share a link to your form so we can take a look at what might be going on?

I haven't been able to verify for every user what browser they have been interacting with the form through, though the usual standard is Firefox.
