It has been years since I used the MUS so forgive my poor memory, but in general I would expect a message to be sent to the client movie if the system issues user.delete - perhaps a 'disconnect' or similar, you could and should test this. In which case you could catch this message in a callback created with SetNetMessageHandler (or polled via GetNetMessage/CheckNetMessages) that sends the client movie back to frame 1.

Sorry, I had understood that you already had a movie wherein users connected, along with a control movie that allowed you to manage users and that this was working. I don't have a tutorial or example at my fingertips. You have some learning to do. Here are some articles that might help:
