I have the same problem and not just InDesign, also Illustrator, Muse... what's going on?
Hi, thanks for replying - on the adobe site it recommends signing out of the cloud then back in again for this issue - but that hasn't worked for me - maybe it will work for you?
Can you try uninstalling and re installing the product? Make sure while uninstalling, you check "remove preferences".
Tried that - tried it again - same problem
