    My FTP has stopped working

      If you find currently that your FTP access is not working you will need to login to one of your sites. Adobe has new terms and conditions you must agree to.

          All I have are business catalyst sites. The final sites are exported as HTML  and hosted by my clients on their own servers. How do I find out what to do? I ned to upload a set of optimized images to a new client site by 9,00 am tomorrow Sat june 21st.for a final approval demo and the mobile site will not meet response time specs without these optimized images.

            It is in the post, go to log into one of your BC sites and accept the terms  and conditions.

            If you have done that and your FTP access to BC sites does not work - check your details and then contact support, you may have a different issue.
