Is it just me, or is Lightroom going mad with the CPU? When it's open, but not being used, CPU is running at 70-98% of CPU and RAM between 1.6GB and 3.6GB. I can see a message in top left of the screen that it is syncing 40 photos, but why such ridiculously high CPU for that and why is it so slow?
Is there no way of limiting system use?
Running Windows7, i5 2.67GHz and 12GB RAM
