Hi I am a little confused on the updates for 2014 adobe cloud. some of the apps are over writing old ones. but not all of the apps are doing so. example muse, Lightroom 5.5, photoshop and indesign, dreamweaver 2014. For some reason they are showing up as a double in the creative cloud. and on my desktop. instead of over writing the older apps. how do I again do the updating for creative cloud? Do I have to uninstall the old adobe cloud and reinstall the new cloud? if so how do I do so without having double apps. thanks

so far I am a huge fan of adobe. and yall are doing very well. great job. loving adobe Lightroom mobile since now I have a iPhone and iPad.

speaking of Lightroom mobile. still wondering how to directly input a raw file from camera to iPad then into Lightroom mobile?

Bford225 it is not necessary to remove the previous version prior to installing the new version. In the case of Lightroom the Lightroom 5.5 update is being handled by the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Choosing this option to update will upgrade your installation of Lightroom 5.5.

OKay that is what it normally does. But not this time, it did not update the old app instead it added the app. so it's like I have 2 versions. Like muse cc and which did not update to muse cc. 2014 it added the app. So I have both instead I just want the new update . so how do I do just the update?

Bford225 if you want to remove the previous version then please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html for instructions on how to uninstall depending on the operating system you are using.
