Peru Bob Jun 20, 2014 3:21 PM (in response to Carlo UK)The "update" is a new application, kind of like going from CS5 to CS6. They are independent of each other and have different executables. I would wait until the bugs are fixed before uninstalling the old version.

Agreed.
Adobe repeatedly adds layers of confusion with their odd naming conventions of software versions and buttons etc.
If they just called the new one "CD" or "version 15", we'd all know it was a new version.
