Hi,

When I view the generated topics in either chrome or IE the  text defined as "normal" is not visible. This happens both in wbhelp and HTML5 multiscreen.

Hi there

Look at the HTML code. See if you find mention of the word "transparent". Sometimes text gets formatted that way and when it does, newer browsers render it as invisible.
