Hello, for a special project i subscribed to Muse anual plan, the year has passed and im in need of cancelling it, because im not using anymore. Ive tried everything and i cant find the cancel option and the autopayments keeps coming though its been 3 months im not using it.
Can anyone help me?
Ive tried those options but they dont work, i cant get in contact with anyone from the staff or so. And while going through my account, manage profile and all the steps i dont have the cancel option they show on the walk through cancellation. Im kind of desparate since its still getting auto paid and its been a while since i use it.
