I have a 6 person team on a CC account. We moved our shop to a new location and had to update our billing information. Your support team in India cannot update my Credit Card information.
I called as soon as I got the message through CC that there was a problem. Here we are almost a month later after multiple attempts to update my CC# information now my "team" is not able to work today. 5 people without the ability to use your product. (my product - because I am a shareholder as well).
