Preferences - Experimental, check the 200% setting, then restart Photoshop.
Also note the setting for the UI font size in the Preferences - Interface panel.

I jump on the link so rapidly that I failed to notice if there might be a set half this much. I might be able to see it half this much increase like 100% instead of 200%? Oh don’t get me wrong.
