Why won't Win7-64 permit my file manager to associate my *.INDD files with InDesign CC 2014?

Ever since installing the new CC 2014 apps, I have been unable to associate my INDD files with the InDesign CC 2014 program. I am able to use the program itself, but when I am attempting to open the files from my file manager, they always open in Photoshop instead. And Windows WILL NOT permit me to associate the file extension with InDesign 2014.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?
