So, the adobe updater said their was an update available, and i tried to install it and the creative cloud opens, but it just stays on the loading screen and nothing happens. Then i try to open the creative cloud program it opens then shuts off. I can't access the creative cloud at all. I can get on to every other program I have but the creative cloud itself.

So, now I was able to log i once, using the solution here Cloud Desktop App is blank? , but now every time I open the app for creative cloud, it just closes literally a second after i opened it.
You need to go to the chat link I posted... you evidently have something going on that needs an Adobe agent
