Captivate 8 - Is it possible to customize the recording frame / window (red box)?

I'm trying to create a custom simulation. Our software contains a lot of pop-up dialogue boxes with scrolling functionality that gets cut off and I am unable to select items in these boxes while recording. If I could view the entire screen, while recording that would be optimal. Thanks much.

I am having the same issue. I should be able to choose weather I want to record full screen or just the application window but I can only chose application window and it snaps to the preset red box already on the screen. What is going on here?
