Hi

I am using Adobe Presenter 8 as part of Tech Comm Suite 4. I use this with PowerPoint 2007.

Till last week, things were working fine with the Presenter's PowerPoint add-in. Since yesterday, I am suddenly not able to see any theme previews. It just shows blank. I have tested this with a blank PPT (without any content and just one slide) and my actual projects. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Presenter. I have restarted my laptop also. I have deleted preferences from C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe as well. But nothing helps. I see this behavior in my colleague's system where it was working fine till last week.

Please advise. Thanks

Hi

The issue is because of the latest version of the Flash Player. I contacted Adobe support and they gave me the uninstaller and Flash Player version 13+. That solved the problem.

Suggest you do the same.

Same here.  It just suddenly stopped working.  I am forced to preview presentation to see my changes to the theme.  Very annoying.

Thank you.  That did the trick.
