Hi, I am from Chile. Iam trying all day to contact tech support with no results.
3 days ago bought Photoshop, Muse and Illustrator. I have the sign in and accept contract everytime issue. Today i installled Illustrator and cant use it because i cannot activate it, Illustrator closes before i can sign in.
Now i cant use any of the programs and i want to cancel my subscription, but i cant contact tech support.
Tried this page Cancelar la inscripción o suscripción | Creative Cloud But the links does nothing.
I also tried calling the phone numbers in this page Adobe: números de teléfono del servicio de atención al cliente y de asistencia técnica de Adobe en todo el mundo does not even exist.
So, i need someone to contact me.
