Hi there Sarah,
I'm not sure that I follow your question. Do you want to talk about Adobe about the levels of security we use to protect the online services?
New York State IT would like to run the following actions on a form that we want to open for people to fill out for a New York State program.
They will be using a web vulnerability scanner:
-Transport Support (Http,https)
-4 Concurrent Connections
-proper behavior of cookies
They say this is very basic scanning. They will not be trying to overload the system with a crawl or attack.
I am working with Sarah Browne with the administration of this program for New York State. If you could, please provide an update regarding Sarah's question as soon as you can. We would like to run these scans right away.
I'm not sure I follow what your plans are. Are you wanting to do a security scan against a document that's stored on Adobe's servers? I think you may want to contact Adobe Technical Support for guidance on this issue (I'm not sure it's possible.).
Here's the contact info: Contact Customer Care
Yes, that is what we need to do. What is not possible? Contacting technical support or running the scans? We ran some scans last year on one of our forms and it caused some trouble, we just wanted to give a heads up that it will be happening again, but no intense scans this time.
